Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) give information on how to make your home more energy efficient and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. All homes bought, sold or let require an EPC.
EPCs contain information on your home's energy use and carbon dioxide emissions as well as a recommendation report with suggestions to reduce energy use and carbon dioxide emissions.
It is a legal requirement to have an EPC prior to any marketing being carried out on the property.
